The Rod Support is a lightweight with 15mm rods. The Rod Support is very important accessory to mount the various Focusing accessories such as Follow Focus, Mattebox etc... This Rod Support attaches directly to Tripod from its base. This device utilizes 170mm long Aluminum black anodized rods. If follow focus is used to simplify and enhance the focusing technique, the rod support system is used to lessen the burden of camera. Rod supports takes the weight off the front of the camera and takes the strain off the lens mount. Also support follow-focus systems.
